4 EASY STEPS BEFORE YOU ARE AT CAMP

You are helping with the mission to join God in creating mountain top experiences with Him.
#1 - VOLUNTEER FORM
If you are volunteering with more than one camp, please select and fill out this form for
each camp.

PLEASE READ the policy and procedures, it is not a lot of legalize, it is actual policies and procedures you should know as a leader.
#2 - BACKGROUND CHECK
Every person (over 18 years old) who works with our campers are required to have a background check. One background check per person, not camp week.
Any questions pertaining to this, including already if you have had background checks done recently with other organizations, please email Mike.
#3 - TRAINING VIDEO
E-MAIL TO COME AFTER BACKGROUND CHECK
Every person working with campers needs to complete this 30 min abuse prevention training. There will be several quick questions at the end of the training. For UNDER 18, we would like for you to watch these depending on your roll, however we encourage parents to join in the training as well (will receive e-mail). Make sure to check your spam/junk mail as well.
#4 - CIBC QUICK VID
Wether you have never been to CIBC or have been here for 50 years, please take time to watch over this 25 min video explaining some of the ins-and-outs of being at CIBC and working with your campers!
